ISCO-08 Value CalculatorRole value, score and band detail
Enter a 4-digit ISCO-08 unit-group code to display the ACLASA workbook evaluation: total job-value score, score-derived raw band, final ACLASA band, factor subtotals, subfactor levels, subfactor scores and weights.
Use position: this calculator is a public transparency layer over the ACLASA workbook. It supports methodology review and category design. It should not replace employer-specific job evidence, committee review or legally required work-of-equal-value assessment.

436 ISCO unit groups • 960 ACLASA profiles
The calculator uses the additional ACLASA workbook tab “14. ISCO unit evaluations” and exposes the calculated factor/subfactor detail for each available unit-group profile.
Value calculator
Enter the ISCO-08 code
Use a 4-digit unit-group code. The result will display all ACLASA workbook profiles available for that ISCO code. If more than one profile exists, choose the relevant seniority/band profile from the selector.

Interpretation rule
Score first, classification second
The total score reflects weighted job-value factors and subfactors. The raw band follows the score interval. The final ACLASA band shows the workbook’s applied band output after the ISCO corridor and seniority-profile logic.
Audit logic
Visible subfactors make the method reviewable
For each code and profile, the calculator shows the subfactor level, calculated score, maximum available points and weight. This makes the mapping easier to review before it is used in pay transparency reporting.
ACLASA Compensation Intelligence • Value architecture
Work of equal value should be visible at factor level, not only at final band level.
The calculator exposes the full path from ISCO code to weighted score and ACLASA band so that category formation is transparent, reproducible and easier to challenge or improve.
