Role Value CalculatorSee how work becomes a score and band

Enter a 4-digit ISCO-08 code and the calculator shows the scored ACLASA workbook profiles behind it. It is a transparency layer: useful for review, not a substitute for employer-specific job evidence.

One-method rule: the calculator, the TalentAccess 3,173-role catalog and the ACLASA country pages must tell the same classification story. The same evaluated role has one ACLASA band unless the underlying job evidence changes.

Data source

436 ISCO unit groups. 960 scored profiles. 3,173 role profiles in the wider catalog.

The calculator uses the scored ACLASA ISCO workbook. The broader TalentAccess methodology catalog is available as the client-facing role library.

Enter the ISCO-08 code

Use a 4-digit unit-group code. If more than one ACLASA profile exists for that code, choose the relevant seniority or band profile.

Try:

Enter a 4-digit ISCO-08 unit-group code.

Score

Factor-level detail

The result shows factor scores, subfactor levels, weights and maximum points, so the method can be reviewed.

Band

Score first, classification second

The total score informs the raw band. The final band shows the workbook output after corridor and seniority logic.

Catalog

Use the wider role library

The 3,173-profile TalentAccess catalog gives the practical role language used across the portfolio.

Country

Then check the rule

After role value is clear, use the tracker to see what each country requires from the employer. The country rule does not create a second ACLASA band.

Calculator as public transparency layer

Useful, reviewable and connected to the same methodology.

This page should help a client understand the logic before they buy a deeper country pack, pay-equity analysis or TalentAccess workflow.
