The ACLASA portfolio is being separated from PAY.

This release creates a portfolio-only ACLASA surface and a separate PAY surface. Permanent route migration is activated only after PAY domain, TLS and target pages are verified.

One reviewed source superset generates a portfolio bundle and a PAY bundle.

PAY first

The PAY domain, TLS, canonical URLs, tools, data and downloads must pass exact-commit checks first.

Migrate

Activate permanent redirects

Only verified PAY routes may receive path-preserving 301 redirects from ACLASA.

Monitor

Keep both commits aligned

A release is complete only when both public hosts expose the accepted commit.
